Try the Delicious Bihari Kabab at Dinner tonight

If you are looking for the delicious bihari kabab recipe just like the Restaurant in North Lakes happen to have in the Indian food in North Brisbane. Here is an amazing recipe mentioned below;

Ingredients:
  1. beef 1/2 kg (cut in stripes)
  2. coal for the BBQ effect (instant burn)
  3. coriander powder 1 tsp. (heaped)
  4. Crushed black pepper 1tsp.
  5. Crushed red chili 1 tbsp.
  6. cumin powder 1 tsp. (zeera)
  7. fried onions 1 cup (check the link on the video)
  8. Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  9. gram masala powder 1/2 tsp. (mix spices)
  10. Mace powder 1/2 tsp.
  11. mustard oil 200 ml
  12. Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp.
  13. onion 2 large (cut round)
  14. raw papaya 4 tbsp. (grind to paste)
  15. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp.
  16. Salt 1 tsp.
  17. skewer
  18. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. (haldi)
  19. yogurt thick 1 cup

Method
1: grind fried onions and the yogurt until paste then keep it aside.
2: add beef in bow, fried onion & yogurt paste, ginger & garlic paste, raw papaya,  crushed black pepper, red chili powder, crushed red chili, turmeric powder, gram masala powder, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, cumin powder, mace powder, mustard oil, salt, and mix well then simply cover and keep it all in fridge overnight.
3: Time to add beef strips on skewer.
4: add 4 tbsp. of oil in pan and add skewers, keep changing sides, cover and cook on medium and even low till cooked and until all water dries.
5: Just put a piece of foil in middle of onions & add hot coal in it, drizzle some oil in it, and then cover. This will show BBQ effect to onions then simply keep aside.
6: once beef is ready, take it off the skewers, and put it in pan where you fried it, put a piece of foil and the hot coal over it. Drizzle oil then cover it, this will give a BBQ effect to beef as well. (If you want, you can serve it on skewer).
7: Time spread onion rings on the platter and also in the middle beef pieces, then garnish it with lemon veg and then simply serve hot with Naan.
