How to Cook Aloo Paneer Kofta?

Ingredients
  1. ½ tsp. Garam masala powder
  2. ½ tsp. Red Chili powder
  3. ½ tsp. black pepper powder
  4. 1.5 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
  5. 2 tbsp. corn flour
  6. 1.5 tbsp. almond flour
  7. 3 tbsp. mixed chopped dry fruits such as cashews, almonds, pistachios including raisins
  8. 200 gms cottage cheese
  9. 3 medium sized potatoes/aloo that have been boiled and peeled then grated
  10. Chaat masala as required
  11. Regular salt as required
  12. Vegetable oil for frying
Method

  1. First mix all ingredients in one bowl, but dry fruits are not included in this alright!
  2. Then you will check seasoning and add up some more salt or even the spice powders as per the requirement.
  3. Time to take medium size ball out from the mixture and then flatten it slightly and smoothly as well.
  4. When you are done with this, just place dry fruits in the center as it adds up an effect.
  5. Simply bring the edges towards center and then cover dry fruits completely as it’s important.
  6. Time to Seal the kofta well so that it gets stronger and doesn’t even break while being fried.
  7. Make the koftas following the same procedure.
  8. Heat the oil for shallow frying or even deep frying in a pan.
  9. Add up some stuffed koftas and then fry till it is golden brown from all around.
  10. Now you will drain koftas on the paper tissues.
  11. Now you are good to serve aloo paneer kofta hot with green chutney or even the sweet chutney sprinkled with chaat masala.
