What’s the most loved Recipe for Reshmi Kabab?

Reshmi kabab is a dish that seems to have its root from the Mughal Period. It won’t really be unjustifiable to mention that the Reshmi Kabab is the traditional Mughal dish. Having the same reason, people are willing to cook it as well in the same traditional manner. That’s the reason for why we have mentioned an amazing Reshmi Kabab recipe below. So just delve in now;

Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  2. 1 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
  3. 1 lemon, juiced
  4. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  5. 2 pounds boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1.5 inch pieces
  6. 2 tablespoons butter
  7. 6 almonds
  8. 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  9. 8 cloves garlic
  10. Add all ingredients to list
  11. salt to taste
Method:
First of all you will place almonds in small bowl and then cover it with water. Soak it for 20 min then drain. Put almonds, garlic, ginger, peppers and cilantro in food processor bowl; blend it unless it gets smooth. Season it with salt and then blend it all in a lemon juice. Then simply blend in the cream.
Transfer all the mixture to a non-metallic large bowl. Put chicken in a bowl and then turn to a coat. Cover and also marinate it in refrigerator for about 24 hrs.
Then Pre-heat grill for the high heat and lightly oil grate as well. Remove the meat from marinade and thread it all onto skewers.
Brush the whole meat with butter and then arrange skewers on a hot grate. Then you will slowly cook chicken until it’s cooked through.
