Ingredients
- Daal Chana: 1/4 cup, boiled
- Daal Maash: 1/4 cup, boiled
- Daal Masoor: 1/4 cup, boiled
- Daal Moong: 1/4 cup, boiled

- Mutton: 1 kg, boiled
- Garam Masala Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Haleem Masala: 1 packet (50 grams)
- Oil: 1 cup
- Onions: 250 grams
- Wheat: 1 cup
Method
- First of all you will Mix the boiled meat with ginger garlic paste, Haleem Masala and the 2 glasses of water.
- Make sure you mix them well otherwise it won’t turn up as the best
- Then braise it on gently with heat until it gets tendered, then you will mash it roughly.
- Time to grind boiled Daals and wheat, then mix it all into meat and simmer for ½ hour.
- You will then be adding Garam masala powder.
- Just heat the oil in a separate pan and fry the finely sliced onions until they get brown and crispy.
- Then finally pour onions and oil over the Haleem, just bring it to one quick boil and simply serve piping hot.
