Ingredients
- Beef: 1 kg, boiled
- Chicken/Beef Stock: 4 cups
- Coriander Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Flour: 4 tablespoons
- Fresh Coriander: half bunch
- Fresh Mint: half bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 teaspoons
- Green Chilies: 6
- Lemons: 2
- Garam Masala Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Nihari Masala: 1 packet (50 grams)
- Red Chili Powder: 2 teaspoon
- Salt: As required
- Turmeric Powder: half teaspoon
- Oil: 1 cup
- Onion: 1
Method
- Initially, you will have to lightly toast the Nihari Masala in a pan and then simply grind it to a fine powder.
- Mix in red chili, garam masala, turmeric, salt and coriander powders and then divide the mixture into half.
- Time to dissolve one half simply into one glass water.
- Then just heat half of the oil, fry ginger garlic paste having along the masala water mix.
- When you see that the masala starts bubbling rapidly, just add the meat and brown it very well.
- Time to pour it in stock and simply bring to rolling boil, after that you will reduce heat to a slow simmer.
- Just brown the flour, mix some water, and then finally add to the pot.
- Cook it all for the 10 min. you are now supposed to heat the remaining oil in a separate pan.
- Time to slice the onion and then fry until it gets golden brown and even sprinkle the remaining masala mix on top.
- Now spread fried onions and even the oil on top of meat mixture and serve it all hot with the lemon wedges, fresh mint, fresh coriander and green chilies
